When do e-invoices become mandatory in Croatia?
From January 1, 2026, all taxpayers in Croatia will be required to issue and receive e-invoices in accordance with the Fiscalization and Electronic Reporting Act .

Can someone enroll me in AMS without my consent?
No. Enrollment in AMS (Agency for Meta-Systems) without the user’s explicit consent is not permitted.
